Well, it's been a busy week...professional development has started, and I just have to say, it's hard getting back in the swing of things but I LOVE my new school district!
I've managed to get a few projects worked on.
First a FINISH! In the works since Christmas, it's my new Every Way Wrap by Okmin Park. I made it with Malabrigo (LOVE) in Vetvier.
Then, I finished a few more hexagon flowers:
Total is 10!!!
Then I started a pair of knit socks, Miss Babbs Yummy sock yarn in Neptune's Beard. I have to keep my hands busy while listening to guest speakers...I listen better. Anyone else that way???
Good luck to all my SC friends welcoming their new students today!!!
Keep up with the Hexies - I know they're a labor of love but they're worth it in the end. I did a diamond quilt by hand (5 yrs and 4200 pieces LOL) and I'm so glad I finished it - came out great and so will your hexies!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat fabrics in the hexies.
